How do I return an item?

At JessicaLynnOriginal, we pride ourselves on strict quality control standards and systems that ensure the vast majority of orders will be perfect. However, if a customer enters their text information with mistakes or typos, we cannot be held responsible and will not replace the product free of charge. Additionally, we make a custom product which cannot be exchanged for an alternative product if the customer simply doesn't like what they ordered.

  • Although we don’t anticipate this, if you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately and we will replace your item at no cost to you. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • We offer a 30 day return policy on unopened, unused products. We will extend a refund once you return the product to us. (Sorry, we cannot offer shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise.) The 30 days begins at the day of purchase. Please contact us by email if you would like to return merchandise.
     
  • To ensure proper credit, please include a copy of the invoice. If the stamp set that you mail back to us arrives and it has been damaged, please be aware that a fee of $2.50 will be assessed for repackaging. We strongly recommend using a box for all stamp set returns. Please be aware that if you return an item which makes your order total fall below the FREE shipping amount, shipping charges will be added and the remaining balance will be credited to your account.
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Custom Stamp due to their nature.
    Will I be charged sales tax?
     
    Wisconsin customers must be charged a sales tax of 5.6% in accordance with state law.
