Jessica Lynn Original Clear Stamps
We are only just getting started!
Jessica Lynn Mould was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She started drawing at an early age and took as many arts and graphics classes as were allowed in high school and college. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, earning a bachelor’s degree in Costume Design and Construction. In the summer of 2002, she married the love of her life, Aaron. He has been a huge support and continues to encourage her to follow her dreams of doing something amazing with her art.
Those dreams lead to the start of JessicaLynnOriginal in April, 2004. It started with only a handful of drawings, stamps, and a website. In late 2006, JessicaLynnOriginal added another level to the expanding line of custom stamps by joining the growing Etsy website under the name JLMould.etsy.com. This proved to be a wonderful way to work with many other small business owners and develop stamp lines that would help those businesses grow.
As JessicaLynnOriginal continued to evolve, it became a featured company on SplitcoastStampers. There is now a category that allows handmade items featuring JessicaLynnOriginal stamps to be featured. Twice the same year, Vivian hosted large swaps with the only rules being “To use JessicaLynnOriginal stamps.”
In January of 2009, JessicaLynnOriginal was a vendor at Milwaukee’s Pet Fair at State Fair Park. “Having my stamps at the State Fair Park was a huge feat and goal that I had for myself. When I was a kid, I went to the fair and would tell my Mom that I wanted a booth there. She would just smile at me,” said Jessica Lynn. he company was starting to see some growth and JessicaLynnOriginal was getting known for the adorable pet stamps that were being produced.
March 27, 2009 was a huge day for JessicaLynnOriginal Brentwood Owl was drawn for the first time. Over the next few weeks she designed the whole gang: Jillian {named after her first customer}; Adam; Evee; Evan; Thomas and Vivian.
In addition, JessicaLynnOriginal was featured for the month of October 2009 with the highly popular “SheetLoad of Cards”. The entire issue of this magazine was dedicated to the use of JessicaLynnOriginal stamps and digital stamps.
“The wonderful group of friends and clients that I have been lucky enough to work with and for is really what makes this whole experience worth while. I have met people who I would have never gotten to meet otherwise. Many of which I consider my friends."
I look forward to hearing from you! Jessica Lynn Mould (CEO & Artist)
